Residential Construction in London
A new home is the biggest thing most people ever build, so we treat it that way. We take your drawings from an empty plot to a finished house, and we run every trade in between ourselves.

From the ground up
Building from scratch in London means tight plots, neighbours close by and planning conditions to respect. We start with the boring parts done properly: site set-up, party wall matters, utilities and groundworks. Get those right and everything above ground goes in straighter, faster and cheaper.
One team, one programme
We coordinate the structure, roofing, windows, mechanical and electrical, plastering and joinery under one programme, so nothing waits on anything else longer than it has to. You get one point of contact who knows where every trade is, every week.
Built for how you'll live
Specs on paper don't always survive real life. As the house takes shape we walk it with you, check sockets, sightlines and storage, and flag anything that would be cheaper to change now than after you've moved in.

§B — How it works
How a residential construction job runs.
01
Plan
We review drawings, structural calcs and planning conditions, then agree an itemised price and programme before anything is ordered.
02
Build
Groundworks to roof, then fit-out. One site manager runs the trades and keeps you updated weekly.
03
Deliver
Building control sign-off, final clean, a room-by-room walkthrough and all certificates handed over.

§D — Questions
Residential Construction: your questions.
Yes. That's how most of our new builds start. We'll review the drawings and engineer's details and raise anything that needs clarifying before we price.
We coordinate inspections with building control throughout the build and make sure the paperwork is in place at handover.
Those sit with you as the owner, but we'll explain what's needed, share our method statements with surveyors and work to the agreed award.
Usually, yes. We'll price any change in writing before doing it, so there are no surprises on the final account.
