Repairs in London

Cracks, sagging lintels and failing brickwork don't fix themselves. We find the cause, fix it properly and make sure it stays fixed.

Structural brickwork repair

Cause before cure

A crack is a symptom. Before we touch anything, we want to know why it's there: subsidence, failed lintels, roots, drainage or old alterations. Where it's needed, we work with a structural engineer so the repair matches the real problem.

Safe on site

Structural work means temporary propping, careful sequencing and proper method statements. We don't cut corners on it, because the safety of your home and the people in it depends on it.

Repairs that blend in

Once it's structurally sound, it should look right too. We match mortar, brick and render so the repair doesn't stand out.

§B — How it works

How a repairs job runs.

PLAN → BUILD → DELIVER
  1. 01

    Plan

We inspect, coordinate with an engineer where needed and agree the repair method and price in writing.

  2. 02

    Build

Temporary works, the structural repair itself, then making good, carried out in a safe sequence.

  3. 03

    Deliver

Sign-off where required, a clean site and a clear record of what was done.

§D — Questions

Repairs: your questions.

  • Some cracks are cosmetic, some aren't. We can take a look and, if needed, recommend a structural engineer to assess it properly.

  • We can provide quotes and reports for your insurer. The claim itself sits between you and them.

  • Yes. We prop the structure safely, replace the lintel or beam to the engineer's spec and make good.

  • It depends on our current workload and how urgent the problem is. Call us and we'll be straight with you on timing.
