Renovations in London
Most London homes weren't designed for the way people live now. We open them up, sort out what's behind the walls and leave you with a house that works.

Start with the layout
A good renovation is mostly about how rooms connect. Taking out a wall, moving a kitchen or turning a dark hallway into usable space can change a house more than any finish. We look at the structure first, then show you what's realistic.
Fix what you can't see
Older houses hide old wiring, tired plumbing and the odd surprise under the floorboards. We'd rather find it early and price it honestly than paper over it. When we open something up, you'll see it and hear about it straight away.
Living through it
Many clients stay in the house while we work. We phase the job so you keep a working kitchen or bathroom for as long as possible, protect the rooms we're not in and clear up at the end of every day.
§A — What's included

§B — How it works
How a renovations job runs.
01
Plan
A site survey to see what we're dealing with, then an itemised price covering structure, services and finishes.
02
Build
Strip-out, structural work, first fix, then finishes, phased around how you use the house.
03
Deliver
Final inspections, snagging and a walkthrough of every room before we hand back the keys.
§D — Questions
Renovations: your questions.
Often, yes. It depends on the scope. We'll talk through phasing with you and be honest if moving out for part of the job would make more sense.
Many internal renovations don't, but listed buildings and conservation areas have stricter rules. Your architect or the council can confirm; we're happy to help you ask the right questions.
We stop, show you, explain the options and price them in writing before carrying on.
Yes. We repair and match original features like cornicing, sash windows and timber floors wherever we can.
