Refurbishments in London

Sometimes the bones are fine and everything else needs doing. We strip it back, put it right and hand over a property that looks and works like new.

Refurbished interior

Homes, flats and commercial space

We refurbish family homes, rental flats, offices and mixed-use buildings. The approach is the same: survey properly, price clearly, and run the trades so the work flows without gaps.

Programme matters

For landlords and businesses, every week empty costs money. We agree a realistic programme up front, order long-lead items early and keep you updated so you can plan lettings or reopening with confidence.

Finish that lasts

A refurbishment gets judged on the details: straight lines, clean joints, doors that close properly. We snag our own work before you see it.

§D — Questions

Refurbishments: your questions.

  • Yes. Offices, retail and mixed-use buildings as well as homes and flats.

  • We can phase the work and agree working hours to keep disruption down. We'll be clear about what's realistic.

  • All electrical and gas work is carried out and certified by suitably qualified engineers, and the certificates are handed over at the end.

  • After a site visit and an agreed specification, we send an itemised price. You'll see exactly what's included.
