Residential and commercial. Single-storey extensions, loft conversions, renovations, refurbishments and structural repairs, right up to multi-storey new builds. Big or small, we give it the same attention.
It depends on scope, so we don't quote off the cuff. We visit the site, go through the drawings with you and then send a clear, itemised price. You'll see where every pound goes.
Yes. Most of our projects involve an architect and a structural engineer. We're happy to work from your existing drawings, or put you in touch with people we trust if you don't have a team yet.
It depends on size, design and what we find once we open things up. We agree a realistic programme with you before we start and keep you updated on it every week.
