Extensions in London
A good extension shouldn't look added on. We match the brick, line up the levels and get the light right, so the new space feels like part of the house.

The right extension for the house
Rear, side-return, wrap-around or double-storey: each suits different houses and budgets. We'll look at your plot, your neighbours and your drawings and tell you plainly where the cost and complexity sit.
Where old meets new
The hardest part of an extension is the join. Foundations, steels, rooflines and floor levels all have to tie into a building that might be a hundred years old. That's where we spend our attention, because it's where problems show up later if it's rushed.
Light and finish
Rooflights, glazing and how they're detailed make or break the room. We install them carefully, sealed properly, so the space stays bright and dry for years.

§B — How it works
How a extensions job runs.
01
Plan
We check drawings, party wall position and drainage, then send an itemised price and a clear programme.
02
Build
Groundworks and shell first, then we break through into the house as late as possible to keep disruption down.
03
Deliver
Building control sign-off, final finishes and a full walkthrough of the new space.

§D — Questions
Extensions: your questions.
Some extensions fall under permitted development; others need full planning. It depends on size, location and property type. Check with your architect or the council before committing.
If you're building on or near a shared boundary, probably. We'll explain the process and work with your surveyor.
We source reclaimed or new bricks to get as close a match as possible, and we'll show you samples before we order.
Usually only once we break through. We plan the job to keep that window as short as possible.
